Onsite Tech & Repairs

Most onsite calls are for minor things such as wrong wifi connection, lost password, install software or even printer not connecting. We at JohnoInc™ will always be cheaper than our competitors. Before any work is done, we will confirm the price with you and come to a arrangement.

Basic Residential Onsite fee
NEW FREE pick up and delivery, only pay the hourly rate
Time estimate will be given prior to all jobs
If it is one of the above minor issues or one alike, it may only take 20 minutes, so we will only charge the flat rate of $50AUD being just for the call out. 90% of call outs to residential premises's cost less than $80AUD and all the work is done at your home, no need to take all of your cables, equipment, computer, keyboard & mouse, monitor and software to a store for repair. All payments made by cash will be cheaper as "Mates Rates", 10% discount, will be charged for the job.

Basic Business Onsite fee
All large business's, factories and government onsite jobs will be given a quote before any work commences. All jobs taking less than 20 minutes will be charge a basic flat rate call out fee of $50AUD. All work there after can be either charged at a hourly rate ($80AUD) or by job quote rate, we will charge which ever is the lesser. We can arrange payment by purchase order, cheque, accounts or cash, which will incur the "Mates Rates" discount of 10%.

Network Cabling, Hardware Installation
For all onsite jobs such as new network cabling, wall socket, network setup and hardware installation will cost the onsite call out fee of $50AUD, cost price of parts and a hourly rate of $40AUD. All cost will be discuss prior to work commencing and a agreement with the client will be put in place. We will charge the cheaper of said price or quote.

Computer Back ups and Re-installs
For all onsite computer back ups and re-installs will be charged at $50AUD plus cost of dvd disks and/or hard drive (unless provided) per computer system. Note: servers may incur a $40AUD "complex system "job fee.

Misc. Info
All call out job prices are GST excluded. Should you require a invoice please ask your technician, we can supply by email, receipt or post. We can offer after hours installation or modification so there is no influence on your customers, employees or family members.
